So what’s the challenge…
The Area Sales Representative HL is responsible to deliver the sales targets at the assigned area for the HL and TORA products, through the motivation and engagement of the agents / partners, the provision of support for the resolution of commercial issues and the promotion of OPAP products, interests and operating standards.

Your day to day will include:
- Implementing the approved regional sales plan in his area of responsibility, focusing on increasing sales, profitability and customer experience of HL and TORA products
- Building and maintaining fruitful relationship with field store partners and handling the resolution of store operational and commercial issues
- Conducting visits to stores according to plan and supporting the partners regarding the alignment with OPAP’s processes, regulatory and operational standards, and Responsible Gaming
- Updating all changes in processes, procedures and standards providing the necessary information to the agents / partners
- Assessing and validating that all field partners operate in compliance with the sales processes, procedures and commercial policy providing clarification and support when required
- Acting as the liaison between the agents / partners and OPAP’s teams to enable the effective communication and cooperation among all parties
- Supporting the negotiations with current or potential partners for the achievement of commercial agreements
- Supporting the execution of roll out projects coordinating and handling the negotiations and agreements with partners.
- Participating in the evaluation and assessment of new OPAP partners/ agents candidates
- Collecting insights and feedback from the agents and customers and provides market insight and recommendations to improve agent engagement and customers satisfaction
- Participating in the identification locations for the expansion and/or optimization of the HL network
- Supporting the assessment and selection of potential agents / points of sales / stores, evaluating their applications and qualifications according to company’s standards
- Validating and enable the supply of the agents / partners with HL products
- Developing periodic sales reports (annual, quarterly and monthly) on region or Account revenue results in association with sales targets
- Implementing effective placement of merchandising materials and optimization of product positioning in order to maximize brand awareness and visibility of POS
- Enabling optimum stock levels of HL products through efficient stock management by systematically monitoring and reporting on supply chain and product issues
- Coordinating the collection and submission of documentation for the licensing of HL and TORA partners
- Changing Partners’ mindset and mentality towards a more entrepreneurial approach, enhancing their level of engagement to our strategy and retail initiatives
What you need to succeed:
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B sales in companies with large retail network (e.g. Retail, Telecoms, Banking, FMCG)
- Very good knowledge of OPAP products and characteristics
- Hands-on experience in retail account management
- Very good sales and influencing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong achievement and results oriented mentality
- Problem solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
