The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority, and has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state.
Court Support Services provides a range of theaputic programs to court users across Victoria, contributing to improved outcomes for participants and supporting Judiciary in decision making.
About the role
The Court Support Services Manager role is responsible for the leadership and management of the Court Support Services programs as well as developing and leading various pilot programs. The role provides overall leadership to a multi-disciplinary team consisting of team leaders, CISP case managers, ARC case manager, as well as staff working across other specialised programs and administrative staff, together with responsibility for implementing practice improvements and quality assurance processes across the programs.
The role will oversee referrals to the programs, facilitate workforce development and sustainability, and actively contribute to integrated and continuous quality improvement in collaboration and consultation with relevant stakeholders.
About you
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams delivering a range of services and programs
- Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, allied health or another relevant field
- Experience working with complex case management intervention services, including but not limited to mental health, alcohol and other drugs, cognitive impairment.
