Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To successfully perform this job, an individual must be able to perform each key responsibility in a satisfactory manner through individual effort or effective and appropriate collaboration. Additionally, the well-qualified candidate will have the following education and experience:
High school diploma or higher education and some advanced education preferred but, not required in lieu of experience in lab or medical setting and or a combination of education and training.
Display excellent interpersonal and communication/team skills
At least one year in a quality oriented or data entry position (packaging, laboratory testing, logistics, customer service, medical) preferred.
Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
Be able to perform basic mathematical calculations
Strong observation skills and willingness to consult with others to resolve issues in a timely manner
Ability to deal positively with changing priorities
Proficient with computer applications
Always represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned:
- This role will be responsible for closing and tracking work orders, printing, delivering, or applying labels to containers to prep for early AM shipments to customers and inter-site.
- Support for (AM or PM) QC lab operations including record keeping, filing and possibly basic quality testing.
- Operate lab equipment.
- Maintain laboratory hygiene and safety
- Work with Commercial Team and Customer Service to send out requested product samples (SC)
