- In your role as "Head (m/f/d) of Program Office" you will lead the program office for a complex productivity program. The aim is to develop proven and innovative ideas and levers, based on a cross-functional approach and a common focus.
- You will structure and support the Material Cost Impact Program (MCIP) with 5 Modules. Two of those modules you will manage directly with their cross-functional teams
- As a trusted sparring partner for module leads, you define content, support the implementation and coach module leads.
- You will work in an international network and report to the LVM Head of Procurement. In doing so, you will also manage two modules directly with their cross-functional teams.
- You will actively contribute to raising awareness of further material cost optimization and to achieve the next level of performance through a cultural change.
- In addition, you will be responsible for effective and efficient meetings of the Steering committees.
- You act as a driver for a smooth and constructive progress of the entire program including development of templates and presentation slides.

- Your success is based on a completed, technical or economic Study.
- You have many years of experience in the management of international and complex programs and are used to working in large networks.
- You have know-how to optimize material costs (technical and commercial).
- International experience in management consulting is an advantage.
- Understanding of Innomotics’ markets, competitors and products is an advantage -but not a must.
- In order to be able to work in a complex organization, you have strong communication and networking skills as well as intercultural awareness.
- You have good presentation skills to present the program to the division management and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is a must - other languages are always an advantage.
