1 - Available in UAE and ready to join immediately

2 - Previous same work experience is a must

3 - Excellent in English both writing and communication

4 - maintaining diaries and arranging appointments , Zoom Meetings

5- Answering calls, taking messages and drafting letters

6-Responding to emails. , prepare correspondences

7-Preparing conference rooms for meetings for CEO and Overseas partners

8-Making travel arrangements for executives

9- Knowledge about Tenders , Quotations , Invoices, Agreements Maintain filing systems

10- Experience in Sales , Marketing

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • secretary: 2 years (Preferred)
