PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Review seasonal calendar and establish milestones with PD Team
- Monitor sample tracker and team/vendor performance to achieve company/ team KPI’s
- Do allocation proposal to Directors to achieve balance between vendor capacity, capability, price, PD workload. Monitor allocation at various sample stages and highlight any changes
- Manage counter-sourcing to check capability and achieve best price
- Develop and coach staff to improve their working knowledge & performance
- Identify problems and resolve issues to provide a smooth development process, connecting regularly by VC/phone with head office team
- Coordinate Head-Office travel to Asia
- Look after office environment and show-room to ensure an organized work place
- Responsible for communicating with new vendors for onboarding
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Foreign Trade and/or similar related field
- Minimum 10 years of footwear development related experience, with at least 5 years managing product development teams
- At least 5 years experiences in casual shoes (a must)
Skills:
- Good written and oral English skills
- Essential Mandarin Chinese Skill
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
