Project Manager - Sales (REMOTE) [South Africa]

 

***THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION for a U.S. Based Organization working EST hours***FullFunnel’s Project Managers are an integral part of our client services function and are responsible for planning and overseeing client projects to ensure they are delivered successfully on time and on budget. Project Managers create and track project plans, monitor progress toward project milestones, hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire project. Project Managers are chiefly responsible for ensuring project tasks are assigned and completed, and that project deliverables and milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing dynamic projects within Kantata, and adhering to schedules and budgets

• Maintaining project plans and Gantt charts in Kantata
• Communicating project status updates to both internal and external stakeholders
• Holding account teams accountable for delivering on project tasks and deliverables
• Liaising with Staffing Operations Managers and Service Line Directors to ensure project plans align with strategic objectives
• Maintaining client agendas, coordinating internal and external meetings, and administratively managing the client engagement

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Project Management experience in sales programs across multiple industries.
• Strong focus on time management and organization: Sales projects often involve multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders. Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are necessary to meet project milestones and ensure smooth execution.
• Must be adaptable and flexible: Sales environments can be dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle unexpected challenges, and adjust project plans accordingly.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal: As a project manager, you will need excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, sales teams, and other departments. The ability to convey information clearly, negotiate, and resolve conflicts is important.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: R40,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Project Management in Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
