Job Duties and Responsibilities:DISH’s Wireless Brand – Gen Mobile is hiring! This fun, passionate, and rapidly growing team is working hard to shape the future of connectivity with DISH Wireless! Based out of sunny Redondo Beach California, as an Office Administrator, you will be handling various office support and administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who wants to help with office organization and daily administrative operations of the company.
Support company executives including with administrative tasks in their respective departments
Act as backup point of contact among executives, employees, clients, vendors, and other external partners as needed.
Assist with managing executive calendars and schedule meetings
Anticipate needs of executives and act upon them accordingly
Maintaining an organized office by keeping our office space clean on a daily basis and coordinating with our weekly cleaners.
Oversees telephone/ internet services, email correspondence, and mail distribution
Maintain office efficiency by purchasing office supplies, and anticipating supply needs
Greet and direct visitors to the office as needed
Assist with administrative requests by DISH headquarters
Other administrative duties as requested by supervising executives
- Candidates must be personable, organized, and able to work independently with little or no supervision
Minimum three years relevant experience as an Office Administrator
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite
Experience working on cross-functional teams
Excellent time management skills and strong multi-tasking skills
Ability to document accurately operational and technical information
Must be detail oriented and have excellent computer skills
Strong problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
High School Diploma or GED is required; AA degree preferred
